Meet Bill Troxler

 

Bill Troxler is an innovative and award winning educator, president emeritus of Capitol College a Fellow of the Washington Academy of Sciences and founding president of Common Ground on the Hill.  He is known to the hammered dulcimer world from his thought-provoking articles in Dulcimer Player's News and in Mel Bay's e-zine Dulcimer Sessions.  A multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, he is a gifted teacher and performer, having taught at Augusta Heritage Center and Common Ground on the hill.  Bill is Music Coordinator for the Chincoteague Cultural Alliance (CCA).  He runs two concerts series and produces podcasts for CCA.  Bill also engineers and produces recordings for Longtayle Studios on Chincoteague Island, Virginia. www.billtroxler.com and www.chincoteagueculturalalliance.org
